Hobbies: I enjoy reading books written by some excellent philosopher/thinkers & listening to music( from classical to contemporary)
My favorite subjects are medieval Philosophy( Averoes, Avicenna & Socrates.. ), Political science ( Noam Chomsky, Robert Fisk & Howard Zinn), English Lit ( Shakespeare)& Poetry( Rumi & Keats)
I enjoy going to museums & hanging out at cafes with friends & spending the day at the park or the coast on sunny mornings/afternoon.
I enjoy playing tennis & billiards besides watching all other kind of sports.
Personality: I am quite an easy going person who is emotionally & physically very well balanced.
I have a loving heart & a kind soul. I sincerely care for all human beings & animals & i beleive that life is a trust from our Lord & we should all cherish it & be grateful to our Lord who has invited us here as His guest/ human beings.
I am quite liberal in my views but do know where to draw a line.
I do enjoy finer things in life ( at my own expense though:-) but in nooo way do I have any sort of attachments to material. It's nice to have them just becoz... :-)
It gives me great pleasure when I could share / give & help others out as I beleive it with a conviction that it is our duty/obligation to help the less fortunate & the needy, whatever/however it may be. Like my dad says "even a smile is a charity"
I am very honest & values Good Character & Integrity above all the beautiful things one has to offer.
I do have a good understanding of what outward & inward beauty is all about-i think:-)
At times we are all deluded by the glitter of this world & its outward presence to please our Egos but i guess in due time some of us do come to the realization that life is not about mere Egos.
